Amber Benson hails from the US and is an actress, producer, writer/singer/director. She is best known for her part as Tara Maclay on the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and has also directed produced and performed in her own movies Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Also, she was in the movie Kiss the Bride. Benson is the son born on January 8, 1977, of Edward and Diane Benson. Danielle is the younger sibling, and she's an artist. Benson was raised in the Reform Synagogue by the Reform Jewish mother as well as her Jewish father. Benson was first seen in films, like The Killing Jar. Benson has also been featured in TV shows like Morganville The Series. Behind the camera she put her writing skills in her Ghosts of Albion series and directed on projects like 2010's Drones.
