Anya Taylor-Joy
Anya Taylor-Joy grew up on April 16 1996 on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. It is daughter to Dennis Alan Taylor, a former executive in the banking industry and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, she is half-Spanish and the other half is English. Her father, an Argentinean of Scottish and English origin is her mother. Her mother is of Spanish origin. There are five siblings, four from her father's prior marriage. The family was within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and later moving to Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy believes that moving to London was traumatic as she wasn't able to master English to avoid moving back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to when she switched from Northlands. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school productions. After 16 she left the school to pursue acting as a career. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy knew that she wanted to be an actor and her dreams came true when she received the opportunity to model Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
